Our Starlink installer arrived at the site and began installing the dish at the designated location, which had been confirmed with a “Good experience” rating on the Starlink Obstructions Test. This rating indicated minimal signal interference, ensuring a strong and stable connection.
The Starlink dish was securely installed using a long extendable wall mount, which provided added height and optimal positioning to ensure an unobstructed line of sight to the sky for reliable satellite connectivity.
The Starlink cable was carefully routed from the satellite dish to the designated entry point on the exterior wall, using cable clips or staples, grommets, and silicone sealant or caulk to ensure a clean and secure installation.
The Starlink cable was connected to the Gen3 WiFi Mesh Router and powered on, and the system proceeded through the activation process. Configuration was completed using the Starlink mobile app, ensuring the network was properly set up and ready for internet access.
To enhance user experience, we guided the customer through the key features of the Starlink App, including:
- Resetting their WiFi password
- Running speed tests
- Refreshing or resetting the Starlink network
- Troubleshooting common connectivity issues
- Answer customer questions that come up
