The SOW (scope of work):
- Dish / Antenna Installation: Install the Starlink Enterprise dish using the pivot mount
- Cable Routing: Run the Starlink cable from the dish to the MDF location.
- Router Setup: Connect the router to the existing network (MDF) in bypass mode.
- Starlink App: Guide the customer on how to use the Starlink App account.

We performed the Starlink Obstructions Test at the predetermined location to verify a “Good experience” rating, signifying clear of sight that would give a stable satellite connection.
The Starlink dish was securely installed using a pivot mount, which allowed precise adjustments and oriented the dish for the best possible signal reception.
The Starlink cable enters the utility area from an upper section of the metal pole conduit. It runs vertically downward toward the lower left corner, where excess cable was coiled on the floor near the planned location for the Starlink router. The setup is in the rough-in stage, with additional structured wiring visible overhead and no finished wall plates or enclosures yet installed. This routing allows for a central and protected installation point for networking equipment within the space.
The Starlink cable was then connected to the existing network (MDF) and the router in bypass mode, integrating Starlink into the existing network while offloading the heavy lifting (routing and managing traffic) to other network devices. This setup can optimize your network’s performance, particularly when using advanced equipment or managing large traffic loads.
To enhance user experience, we guided the customer through the key features of the Starlink App, including:
- Resetting their WiFi password
- Running speed tests
- Refreshing or resetting the Starlink network
- Troubleshooting common connectivity issues
- Answer customer questions that come up
Starlink Alignment & Performance Testing in Visalia, CA
Our Starlink installers conducted the Starlink alignment test using the Starlink app to confirm that the dish had a clear, unobstructed view of the sky, an essential factor for ensuring a stable connection with minimal disruptions.
Using the Starlink Speed test, the connectivity performance can be determined. The result was performing exceptionally.. The download speed of 296.18 Mbps is excellent, providing smooth streaming, large downloads, and multiple device support.
