The SOW (scope of work):
- Install the Starlink Enterprise dish using a non-penetrating roof mount.
- Route the cable from Starlink dish to indoor Gen3 WiFi mesh router.
- Place the router in the approved location of the customer for optimal coverage throughout the home.
- Activate & configure the Starlink Gen3 WiFi mesh router.
- Guide the customer on how to use the Starlink App.
- Test and document the installations with photos.
To begin the installation, we conducted a Starlink Obstructions Test using the Starlink App. This essential step helped identify the optimal dish placement, ensuring a strong and reliable connection to the Starlink satellite network. The test resulted in a rating of ” Good Experience,” confirming that the chosen location supports smooth streaming, browsing, video calls, and gaming.
The Starlink Enterprise Dish was securely installed using a non-penetrating roof mount, ensuring a stable and reliable setup without the need for drilling holes or causing damage to the roof structure. This type of mount is designed to sit securely on the roof using weighted ballast, such as concrete blocks, to keep it firmly in place, making it an excellent choice for homeowners who want to avoid permanent modifications to their property.
We used a cable routing kit to ensure proper sealing and cable management for a clean and weather-resistant setup. The proprietary Starlink cable was carefully routed from the outdoor dish to the indoor Gen 3 WiFi Mesh Routers, which were positioned in a customer-approved location to maximize WiFi coverage and signal strength.

Next, we customized the Gen 3 WiFi Mesh Router using the Starlink App, configuring the customer’s preferred network name (SSID) and password for a seamless connection.
Finally, we provided the customer with a walkthrough of the Starlink App’s key features, including:
- Access and manage their SSID
- Reset their password
- Run speed tests
- Refresh or reset the Starlink network
- Troubleshoot common connectivity issues
This installation process ensures optimal performance and ease of use, allowing the end-users to experience fast, reliable, and hassle-free internet connectivity with Starlink.
Starlink Alignment & Performance Testing in Paradise Valley, AZ
After the installation, our team performed a Starlink Alignment Test to ensure the dish was in the best possible position for continuous satellite connectivity. The process included carefully assessing the dish’s position, considering the elevation angle, azimuth direction, and potential obstructions (e.g., trees, buildings, or other structures).
Using the Starlink alignment test on the Starlink app, our technicians ensured that the dish was in a clear, unobstructed line of sight with the sky—a vital factor for ensuring a stable connection and fewer service interruptions.
