Details on for Starlink Mount & Install SOW (scope of work):

Onsite IT Support Tech to use the Starlink App to find the best location and orientation of the dish.
Once the installation location was determined through running Starlink Obstruction Tests (using the Starlink App) approved install the mount in an elevated, sturdy location, final approval was sought from the onsite client POC (point-of-contact)
Mounted Starlink Flat High-Performance Starlink (Flat High-Performance Starlink) antenna dish in an elevated location.
Route proprietary Starlink cable from the dish to the indoor Starlink Power Supply (which really acts like a 2-port POE gigabit switch) which we mounted as per client request.
Connected the Starlink power supply to the the customer’s switch and then extended a commercial IT voice and data network including multiple WAP’s (wireless access points), workstation and wall cable drops and cameras throughout the site.
Once everything was installed and connected.
Run and document speed test (see 2 images down)
Test the internet connection to ensure proper functionality.
Verify alignment and adjust if necessary to maximize performance.

Starlink Cable: A longer or upgraded (standard vs HD, depending on model) Starlink (proprietary) cable.
Mount: Mounting Starlink elevated on a ground pole mount or mounted on an unused roof pipe (pipe adapter mount), a roof mount (various types) on the roof itself, side of the building (wall mounts and weighed down on the roof (no screws into the building’s roof allowed), etc.
Cable Path Outdoor to Indoor: Piggy-backing off an existing (low-voltage) cable path and reseal after or create a new Starlink cable path from the outdoor location, through the building’s outside wall to the interior (this may require drilling a hole through the building, running the cable through a cable routing kit and sealing it when done with silicon seal or fire caulk) – ultimately connecting to the Starlink Mesh WiFi Router.
