Our Starlink installation team arrived on site, took inventory of the Starlink equipment, and used the Starlink app to perform the Starlink Obstructions Test.

This crucial step identifies the optimal location for the Starlink dish by evaluating the surrounding area for potential obstructions, such as trees, buildings, or other structures that could interfere with the line of sight to the Starlink satellite network. The test results yielded a rating of ” Good Experience, ” confirming that the selected location is the best installation spot for the Starlink dish.

Starlink dish is installed using a non-penetrating roof mount with cinder blocks. This mounting solution eliminates the need for drilling, preserving the roof’s integrity.

Next, the Cable Routing Kit was used to securely route the Starlink cable from the outdoor Stralink dish to the indoor network rack/cabinet, connecting it to the existing network.

Next, our team checked the Starlink connection and configured the WiFi settings of the Gen3 WiFi Mesh Router.

We walked the customer through the key features of the Starlink app, highlighting tools for managing and optimizing their network. The app includes real-time speed tests to monitor performance and offers quick options to refresh or reset the network, addressing any connectivity issues. With its built-in troubleshooting and optimization features, the app empowers users to maintain and enhance their internet experience.

Next, the team performed the Starlink Alignment Test, an essential step to ensure the dish is positioned accurately for optimal satellite connectivity. Utilizing the advanced tools within the Starlink app, we fine-tuned the dish’s orientation to guarantee it was aimed in the best direction for capturing the strongest possible signal.

Finally, after the installation, our team conducted a Starlink Speed Test to confirm the connectivity performance.
