Our Starlink installation experts arrived on schedule and conducted the Starlink Obstructions Test using the Starlink App. This critical step determines the optimal placement for the dish, ensuring a strong and reliable connection to the Starlink satellite network. The test yielded a “Good experience” rating, showing that the selected location is well-suited for smooth streaming, browsing, video calls, and gaming.

The Starlink Standard dish was securely installed using a pivot mount, ensuring optimal stability and alignment for an unobstructed view of the sky. The mount was carefully positioned to maximize satellite connectivity while minimizing interference from trees, buildings, or other obstructions.

Proper sealing and cable management were also implemented using cable routing kit to protect cables against weather conditions and ensure a clean, professional installation. We securely route the proprietary Starlink cable from the outdoor dish to the indoor Gen 3 WiFi Mesh Routers. The final indoor connection was positioned in the customer-approved location to optimize WiFi coverage and deliver a reliable, high-speed internet experience throughout the home.

We customized the Gen 3 WiFi Mesh Router via the Starlink app, setting up the customer’s preferred network name (SSID) and password for a seamless connection. The customer received a detailed walkthrough of the Starlink app’s key features, including how to:

• Access and manage their SSID
• Reset their password
• Run speed tests
• Refresh or reset the Starlink network
• Troubleshoot common connectivity issues

This hands-on guidance ensured they could confidently manage their new system.

Starlink Alignment & Performance Testing in Bella Vista, AR
