a. If it is for Residential or Business, choose which subscription plan you want to avail.

b. Type the Service Address and click Order Now

c. In Order Starlink form, type in the
– Enter Contact & Shipping Information
– Billing and Credit Card Information

Note: Once your order has been placed, Starlink.com creates your user account and logs you in.

Now you can gain access to the Starlink SHOP at shop.starlink.com and order any additional parts such as additional mounts and the X base, longer Starlink cables, cable routing kits, additional routers and router/power supply mounts..

d. Once Order is confirmed, you will receive an email like in the image below, that shows your order number and other information.

e. Click Sign in To My Account
Starlink Account is used to manage your Starlink Satellite Internet Service such as:

f. Track Starlink Shipment and Delivery Time from YOUR ORDERS on your HOME page once logged into Starlink.com

g. Your order will be shipped within the estimated timeline provided in the Order Details pages on the Account page or Starlink App.
