After our site survey visit, we identified the installation point based on the result of the Starlink obstructions test(s) performed by our Starlink lead tech. We assisted the customer in ordering the needed equipment and materials. Once the customer confirmed the delivery of all materials, we arranged the schedule with our Starlink installers near Pixley, CA.

Our Starlink installation experts arrived as scheduled and took inventory of the installation materials and equipment. Then, the team conducted the Starlink Obstructions Test using the Starlink App. This crucial step identifies the ideal location for the dish, ensuring a strong and reliable connection to the Starlink satellite network.
The Obstructions test resulted in a rating of “Good experience,” meaning that the location is good for smooth streaming, browsing, video calls, and gaming. This confirmed that the selected location would ensure the best connectivity and performance for the Starlink satellite network. We used the pivot mount and securely attached the dish to the roof, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
We used a masonry cable routing kit to route the Starlink proprietary cable from the outdoor dish into the indoor Gen 3 WiFi Mesh Routers in the locations approved by the customer.
We configured the Gen 3 WiFi Mesh Router using the Starlink app with the Customer’s preferred network name (SSID) and password. We guided the customer on using the Starlink app, like accessing their SSID, password reset, running a speed test, resetting/refreshing the Starlink network, and other customer inquiries.
Next, our team conducted the Starlink Alignment Test to verify the dish was accurately positioned for optimal satellite connectivity. This process included assessing the dish’s orientation and placement to guarantee a clear sky view, ensuring maximum signal strength and performance.
Lastly, the team performed the advanced Starlink Speed Tests 20 minutes after installation to assess the internet connection quality. Starlink may take up to 12 hours to synchronize fully.
